Unlike the notation for this stamp from machine 12, "A $1.10 certified First Class stamp, dated Nov 20, exists on cover", but no existence of $1.10 certified first class stamp from machine 11 on cover on any date at all is acknowledged. Only the accompanying receipt shows the value is for certified mail service. No postmark on the reverse. Scott retail value (2008) for all mint UPU stamps other than 25-cents is $500.00. Cover missent to US military post office 09710 at Frankfurt-Mitte (IG Farben Hochhaus), returned to US military mail sorting station (APO 09757) at Offenbach, Germany, and re-routed to final destination APO 09090 (Frankfurt-Roedelheim).
